As a semi-automatic punch the OptiPunch Sa operates much like a traditional binding punch but with one key advantage: its electric chain mechanism automatically removes punched sheets & deposits them into the catch tray dramatically reducing production times & increasing efficiency.

• Semi-automatic operation with automatic sheet ejection cuts production time dramatically. 
  
• Foot pedal or button operation for total control.
• Capable of punching paper, card & plastics up to 360mm wide.
• Max sheet length = 360mm (longer possible - open ended).
• Takes up to 30 sheets (80 gsm) per cycle.
• Punch Speed = 1 second cycle
  
• Jam-Free operation: Built in overload & reverse functions prevent & clear punch jams instantly.
• Large chip Tray.
• Interchangeable dies for wire, coil, comb & calendar binding.
• All dies feature deselectable punch pins for flexible size options.
• Swap punch tools easily in under 60 seconds with the quick release locking system.

• Available die sets for - 3:1 round hole wire binding, 2:1 round hole wire binding, 3:1 square hole wire binding, 2:1 square hole wire binding, 3:1 wire binding with calendar thumb cut (square or round holes), 4:1 plastic coil binding & Plastic comb binding - (just let us know the die set you would like included in the notes section at the checkout)
