The new CreaseStream Card Creaser Deluxe is a budget rotary desktop creasing machine that is capable of creasing, perforating and slitting up to 1,500 sheets per hour. The Deluxe makes it possible to manually hand wind up to 2 creases simultaneously with the option to perforate as well.
The innovative creasing technology used in the CreaseStream Card Creaser Deluxe will produce excellent quality creasing that eliminates fibre cracking 100%. It does this by making use of softer and patented creasing devices that gently manipulate, stretch and prepare the area of stock so that cracking does not occur during the folding stage, giving you the flexibility to produce either 4pp or 6pp book covers, greetings cards, menus, leaflets and brochures.
Adjustable magnetic side lays guide the media into the creasing or perforating tools.
Crease tools can be reversed to crease positively into or negatively out of the sheet. This feature is very useful for fold patterns that require a positive and negative crease in the same pass, for instance a Z Fold.
The Creasestream Deluxe can take sheet sizes up to 520mm ideal for larger menus, brochures etc.
