    Guillotine Installations...

    Chilvers Reprographics have been supplying and installing quality new & used/pre-owned print finishing equipment in the UK for almost 60 years. We are an independent company so are not tied to any one manufacturer or brand, this means we can offer you an unbiased opinion and a better choice.     Some of our smaller print finishing machines can be simply sent out to you on a pallet but there are occasions where our specialist delivery team are required. One of our in house expert engineers is always present on these deliveries so that they can install the machine on site as well as provide any training on the delivery day.

       You may already have a guillotine that you would like to part exchange (dependant on the age/model/condition etc) or have an old guillotine that simply needs removing for scrap.


    Narrow door, no problem!  It's always helpful if you can let us know about any obstacles we may encounter before the delivery takes place so that we can be prepared. Images above show a recent delivery and installation to a residential property through a narrow doorway and up two steps.

    This customer part exchanged their old hand lever Ideal 4705 guillotine for an electric Ideal 4850-95 guillotine, this job needed two of our engineers to first remove the old guillotine and then maneuver the 4850-95 guillotine over a long gravel drive and through a narrow doorway on its side.






    A used / pre-owned Ideal 4215 guillotine delivered and installed to a second floor office building in central London.

    Once the guillotine had been positioned on-site training was provided.

    We can also arrange servicing and HSE checks to be carried out. The above Ideal 4815 guillotine has just had its six monthly check done on site at a local school. All of our pre-owned electric guillotines are supplied with a HSE certificate.


    An 'as new' pre-owned Ideal 4855 guillotine having its final pre delivery check in our workshop before going off to its new home in Guernsey. All safe & secure ready for the sea crossing. Deliveries of our used / pre-owned machines can be arranged to most countries.
