The DFC-102 friction collator is a bench-top, friction fed collating unit with 10 stations, it replaces the popular DFC-100 (10 station) and DFC-101 (10 station) collators. The three-wheel feed system provides reliable feeding of a wide range of material, including certain coated stocks. A number of options increase the versatility of the DFC-102, including integration with the Duplo DBM-150 bookletmaker.
New counting modes enable the DFC-102 to be utilized as a sheet counter. The number of processed sheets is displayed on the LCD display. Other features include count up/count down, repeat collation, test feed, paper empty detection, paper jam detection, and stacker full detection.
User friendly control panel offers several programmable settings - Auto bin select, normal mode, interleave mode, block mode, alternate mode.
