Download PDFThe Duplo DSC-10/60i is one of the most reliable and heavy-duty collators in the industry. Each of its 10 bins comes equipped with fine adjustments and patented dual fan technology that generates a steady flow of air for separation and feeding. It also offers the flexibility to feed output from multiple presses, both offset and digital.
Collate NCR sets as a standalone machine or connect to a bookletmaker, the DSC-10/60i is extremely flexible. Use it together with the DBM-400STR Deep Pile Stacker (as shown in below image) to collate and stack up to 10,000 sets per hour.
The controls are centered on an LCD colour touch screen panel, which offers ease of use and reduces training levels. The DSC-10/60i also offers continuous operation with block mode, this reduces the time taken to complete a job, saving a great deal of time and money.
The automation of the DSC-10/20 makes it very user-friendly. The LCD colour touch screen control offers ease of set up and fault messaging in order to keep loss of production time to a minimum. Wide feeding head and double vacuum tapes provide reliable handing of a wide range of stock including difficult to feed papers. Any mis-collated blocks are diverted to a reject tray to keep disruption to a minimum.
High resolution sensors are located in each bin to detect any misfeeds as well as allow the feeding of different paper types and weights.
