It eliminates the need for additional processing to trim all four sides of a sheet, streamlining the entire laminating process. The Flex also offers precise customisation options, giving you control over the size and positioning of the cuts in both X & Y orientation. This enables you to achieve perfect flush cuts or create custom size encapsulation borders according to your specific requirements.

The Revo FLEX Difference

The major advantage of the Revo Flex is the ability to automatically trim all 4 sides of your media to create either finished products or accurate guillotine ready laminated sheets. The Flex provides choice, allowing you to either laminate SRA3 sheets with clean flush cut borders on all 4 sides ready for guillotining; Or, guillotine your freshly printed media unlaminated for easier handling before processing through the Flex with 4 sided trim to create finished client ready products.

The Revo Flex uses PET films as opposed to BOPP, meaning you can laminate using thicker films up to 250 micron. Furthermore, PET films are more resilient than BOPP, making them ideal for heavily used items such as menu’s, posters, signage or gift tags. PET films also offer life long protection, ideal for keep sakes such as Memorial Cards.
