Used / Pre-owned Nagel Foldnak 8 booklet maker and trimmer enables up to 2000 booklets per hour to be stapled, folded, pressed and trimmed on-line.

The Foldnak 8 is a highly versatile booklet making system for producing professional booklets with up to 100 pages of 80 gsm paper, ideal for digital print short runs.

Accurate spine stapling with the patented Foldnak principle: The unit staples and folds in one pass, without moving the paper, so that the staple always sits directly in the fold. Mobile clenchers make for particularly long lasting booklets. The stapling technique with the original Nagel stapling head is proven and reliable. The stapling head is very robust and can process loop staples and standard staples without conversion.

• Staple and fold in one pass.
  
• Thickness (booklets): max. 100 sheets (80 g/m²).
• Paper Formats: It can handle everything from the minimum format of 105 mm x 210mm to CD booklets up to SRA3 format. 
  
• Up to 2,000 booklets per hour.
• Standard features include - electric delivery (adjustable), automatic release, side jogging, copy counter, control lamp, feed control, staple empty control and staple miss control..
  
• Flat or loop staples can be run on this machine by changing the staple drivers over.
  
• Fitted with 'digital rollers' to allow for more difficult stock to be processed with ease
• The operator can change from loop staples to normal staples without resetting the unit – with up to four staples per booklet. The unit also includes a corner and edge stapling function.
• This model has 2 staple heads but can be fitted with up to 4.
• Takes genuine Nagel staples - 26/6, 26/8 or Nagel Ri 26/6 Loop staples.
