I havent received an order confirmation email:

  • Check your spam/junk folder, add us to your safe contacts list to ensure you receive any further communications from us.
  • Check you have entered the correct email address on your order
  • If you are still unable to find your order confirmation email please email or call us and we can check that your order was placed and processed.

What is the cut off for next day delivery?
Orders placed before 3.30pm will be usually be dispatched that working day (Monday to Friday).

I need my order urgently, can I get it any quicker?
No problem, simply select either Next Day by 12 (£15*) or even Saturday delivery (£38.50*) View all Delivery charges here.

Is there a minimum order amount?
You can purchase most smaller items, supplies and smaller machines on-line. (read our full Buying on-line info+terms here)
There is no order too small for us but there is a FREE delivery option for most on-line orders over £100 (to UK mainland only).
The minimum order value for phone orders is £30 net.
Larger machines for export have a minimum order charge of £250.

Can I track the status of my order?
You will receive an email confirmation to advise once your order has been dispatched, this will include any tracking information. (If you havent received this email check your spam/junk folder).

Can I get a copy of my invoice?
You will receive your invoice in the documents enclosed pouch on the outside of your package.
If you placed your order online you can download a copy of your invoice from the confirmation email you received. (If you havent received this email check your spam/junk folder.)
If you placed your order over the phone please email your name/company name, the date you placed the order, the total invoice amount and if possible the invoice number to sales@chilvers.co.uk

Do I need to create an account before purchasing?
You are not required to create an account however by registering an account you will save time when next ordering plus you can look at your order history, reprint invoices etc

Is my personal information private?
Yes of course, we do not sell or pass on any details or store any card information.

Do you price match other retailers?
If you find one of our products on sale elsewhere at a lower price, we will do our very best to match that price, click here for full Price Match details.

My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please send a photo to us at sales@chilvers.co.uk and include your order number if possible. We will look into it and get back to you ASAP.
