Specifically designed to meet the needs of the short-run digital colour print market, providing a creasing solution for the problem of toner/ink cracking which results when digitally printed work is folded.

The DuCreaser is equally well suited to finishing offset printed card or laminated stocks.

Perforating and/or creasing machine.

Up to 15 creases can be placed across a sheet, adjustable in 0.1mm increments. The creasing tool can be automatically adjusted to suit different stock thicknesses. Skew and shrinkage allowances are additional operator adjustments to help compensate for possible digital print issues.

Perforates up to 92 sheets per minute.

Up to 30 different jobs can be programmed.

Large capacity feed and exit trays with 100mm depth.

High speed suction feed makes it ideal for digital print and eliminates the risk of marking.

*Optional second perforator for double perforating available.
